The problem
Traditional applications make it hard for candidates to show who they really are and slow for employers to get a feel for someone before committing time. A static CV captures little of a person’s character, and screening a pile of them is tedious.
What we did
TalentMole is a web platform built around short video clips. Candidates upload a few brief clips and tag them, giving employers a quick, human way to view and scrub through applicants. We helped build the landing page, login and sign-up, the candidate upload and tagging area, and an employer dashboard to review applications and clips, with analytics in place to learn from early beta users.
The outcome
A faster, more personal way to hire, letting candidates make a real impression and employers size up applicants in a fraction of the time.
