Collective Global is an operating collective. We convene a global network of the world's best builders (operators, technologists, and founders), and we build and operate companies alongside founders, companies, and funds. Not advice from the sidelines, but hands on the work.
Our model is simple and deliberate: we start by working together and grow the relationship over time. We don't hand over a deck and walk away. We stay in the work, which means your outcome is our outcome. That's what lets us do more than consult: we build ventures and we run them, staying close enough to feel the consequences of every decision, because we share them.
The founder

Nickey Khemchandani is a global-level CTO and the founder of Collective Global. He has spent his career building and operating technology companies, most recently helping take BSD Education from a small idea to a global EdTech platform powering nearly 500,000 students across 58 countries and generating millions in revenue.
Over more than 20 years he's become a polyglot technologist, fluent across the stack and across industries, from EdTech and fintech to AI and automation, and across the disciplines it takes to build a whole company. He builds teams, develops the talent coming up behind them, and operates as a hands-on CTO to the ventures the collective builds.
Early in his career, supportive mentors opened doors and elevated his way into the industry. Collective Global is the platform he wanted to exist: one that develops the next generation of talent and gives the next generation of founders their one opportunity.
