The problem
The company had a clear vision for the creator economy but no working product to show for it. A previous technology team had burned through a large amount of funding with little to point to, and the business needed to be rebuilt and back in market fast, before the runway ran out and the moment passed.
What we did
New Social Theory launched two platforms. PEEPS is a social-commerce platform that helps influencers design and sell their own merchandise directly to their audience. Capital P lets up-and-coming influencers raise capital from their followers using blockchain and tokenisation, turning a fan base into a cap table. We came in, worked alongside a single designer to restructure the entire user experience, and rebuilt the technology stack from the ground up.
The outcome
We readied both the technology and the go-to-market, took the product from broken to launch-ready, and helped the founder sell the business within six months.
