What we did
We helped build StrataWise, a cloud-based platform that consolidates condo and HOA operations into one AI-driven program. It centralises announcements and notices so outreach is no longer manual, tracks budgets and reserves with AI variance detection that flags financial issues early, and uses data to forecast maintenance needs before they become emergency repairs. Built-in governance tools handle secure voting, and automated reminders keep boards on top of regulatory requirements. The result is data-informed decision-making across every part of property management.
