Resonance Asia is an executive search firm. As with most search firms, much of its value lives in carefully crafted candidate reports and presentations, which are slow and costly to produce by hand.
What we did
We developed a platform that produces their search reports through a mix of automation and AI. At its core is a custom model trained on the team’s own past presentations, so it learned their language, structure, and writing style and drafts new reports in their voice rather than a generic one. We also developed a data-extraction pipeline that pulls their full CRM history through its API, since the incumbent provider made porting difficult, giving the firm control of its own data and a clean path off a locked-in system.
The outcome
Hours once lost to writing presentations turned back into billable client time, and a search firm that now owns and reuses both its data and its house style.
