The problem
Property law is changing faster than most firms can keep up with. Beyond conventional real estate transactions, lawyers now face questions raised by short-term rental platforms, fractional ownership, and blockchain-based title, all while managing large volumes of legal data. The expertise and the tooling to handle this new landscape are scarce.
What we did
We helped build PropLexis, an AI platform for lawyers and firms working on real estate transactions and PropTech-related matters. It surfaces insights and predictions for property law cases, provides analytics to organise and interrogate legal information, and explains new property-technology concepts in accessible terms. Document security and compliance features are built in so sensitive matters stay protected.
The outcome
A way for legal teams to handle modern property matters with confidence, turning a fast-moving area of law into a manageable, well-supported practice.
