The problem
Empty storefronts are multiplying in major cities, yet they stay vacant because inflation and space inefficiency put them out of reach of the small businesses that form the backbone of the economy. Landlords also tend to rely on finding a single long-term tenant in a market known for high turnover and boom-bust cycles, which leaves good space sitting unused.
What we did
We helped build a platform that makes these spaces available to groups of renters who are matched together by AI before they take a space and curate it for buyers. We handle the turnkey side: preset retail fit-outs for a range of needs, omnichannel readiness, and automated paperwork that keeps closing costs transparent. Real-time analytics let the group track foot traffic and in-store behaviour, so a shared pop-up reaches new audiences cost-effectively while staying attractive to customers.
The outcome
Small businesses get an affordable, low-risk way into physical retail, and landlords turn vacant storefronts into active, revenue-generating space.
