The problem

Young adults with ADHD face a higher risk of poor nutrition and the long-term health problems that follow. The tools meant to help often work against them: most nutrition apps are built on routine, willpower, and meticulous logging, the exact things an ADHD brain finds hardest to sustain. So the people who could benefit most are the ones who drop off first.

What we did

NutrixHabits is the first gamified platform built specifically to help young adults with ADHD turn better nutrition into lasting daily habits. Instead of calorie spreadsheets, it uses rewards, streaks, and challenges that make healthy eating feel achievable and even fun for minds that work differently. Habit-building sits at the centre, with the product designed around how attention and motivation actually function rather than fighting them.

The market

A $240 billion global nutrition market, and the roughly 6.7% of young adults living with ADHD who are underserved by one-size-fits-all tools, a large and motivated audience that existing apps were never designed to keep.
