The problem
Teacher turnover quietly undermines student learning. When an educator leaves, students face gaps in instruction, inconsistent teaching approaches, and a costly, disruptive onboarding process for whoever steps in. Institutions struggle to hand over context cleanly, and learners pay the price during every transition.
What we did
We helped build a program that uses language models trained on education standards to automatically restructure curriculum into personalised, modular components. It tracks each learner’s progression so it survives a change of instructor, and it generates handover tools and adaptive practice materials that let a new educator pick up where the last one left off. The program also produces multi-language content for diverse student populations and reports analytics on curriculum effectiveness and student achievement.
The outcome
Seamless transitions between educators, so students keep a consistent and personalised learning experience regardless of staff changes.
