The problem

Teacher turnover quietly undermines student learning. When an educator leaves, students face gaps in instruction, inconsistent teaching approaches, and a costly, disruptive onboarding process for whoever steps in. Institutions struggle to hand over context cleanly, and learners pay the price during every transition.

What we did

LearnLinker’s founders brought us in to help build a program that uses language models trained on education standards to automatically restructure curriculum into personalised, modular components. It tracks each learner’s progression so it survives a change of instructor, and it generates handover tools and adaptive practice materials that let a new educator pick up where the last one left off. The program also produces multi-language content for diverse student populations and reports analytics on curriculum effectiveness and student achievement.

The outcome

Seamless transitions between educators, so students keep a consistent and personalised learning experience regardless of staff changes.
