The problem

Companies that manage thousands of remote sites need to keep those sites secure and track the work of subcontractors across very large, distributed workforces. The tools they rely on raise serious privacy concerns and rarely deliver any real-time notification, leaving operators with a poor trade-off between oversight and respecting the people they monitor.

What we did

We helped build a new form of identification based on gait recognition. Using machine learning, it identifies people from their body shape and the way they walk, even when their faces are hidden from cameras, providing continuous authentication that is unique to a person without being personal. It integrates with smartphones and wearables, sends real-time notifications, and lets companies monitor access and control physical assets across remote sites affordably.

The outcome

Operators gain continuous, secure site monitoring that protects worker privacy while still giving them the real-time visibility and control they need.
