The problem
Disengaged employees cost the economy a fortune in lost productivity, and the problem is sharpest with a younger cohort that is now entering the workforce in large numbers. Small and medium-sized businesses already struggle to keep these employees motivated, and the shift toward remote and hybrid work has only made engagement harder to sustain.
What we did
InPower’s founders brought us in to help build a platform-as-a-service that lets companies launch ready-made engagement campaigns aimed at a younger workforce. It pairs gamification, mini-games and leaderboards with built-in perks and rewards sourcing, so an employer can stand up a programme without assembling it piece by piece. Upskilling options, feedback tools and analytics round out the experience, and user-generated content keeps it fresh over time.
The outcome
Early campaigns point to lower turnover among younger staff alongside improvements in learning and product quality, giving employers a practical way to rebuild the relationship with their teams.
