The problem
Cultural antiques are a compelling asset class, but they have always been out of reach for most people. Rare heritage pieces carry high price tags, demand specialist knowledge to authenticate, and offer little liquidity once owned. The capital and expertise required keep all but the wealthiest collectors on the sidelines.
What we did
The Heritage Exchange’s founders brought us in to help build it, a marketplace that opens cultural antiques to far more investors through fractional ownership. Each rare piece is divided into digital tokens that represent shares, so people can invest a smaller amount rather than buy a whole artifact. The platform verifies provenance to authenticate the origin of every item, and a secondary trading interface lets owners buy and sell their shares. The initial collection focuses on East Asian cultural heritage items.
The outcome
A way for more people to gain exposure to cultural antiques and help preserve heritage, without the substantial capital that traditional collecting demands.
