The problem
Sourcing new fabric is one of the most time-consuming jobs in fashion. Merchandisers and designers at large brands spend weeks chasing factories, requesting samples one at a time, and waiting on shipments, just to discover which new textiles are even worth a closer look. The best material innovation is scattered across thousands of factories worldwide, and there is no simple way to see it all in one place.
What we did
GarmentHunt’s founders engaged us to help bring it to life. GarmentHunt turns that scramble into a subscription. Each month it delivers a curated box of physical textile samples drawn from a handpicked network of global factories, matched to a brand’s preferences by AI across type, weight, pattern, and colour. When a designer likes a sample, a quick QR scan starts a trial order on the spot, and that signal sharpens the next box, so the curation gets smarter every month. We helped shape the product, the matching engine, and the physical-to-digital experience that ties them together.
The outcome
A working sourcing subscription with an exclusive factory network and direct factory relationships, giving fashion teams consistent, curated access to global textile innovation without the hunt.
