The problem
Skilled immigrants arrive with real experience and qualifications, but the interview often comes down to confidence in professional English, not ability. A single high-stakes conversation can decide a career, and there is almost nowhere safe to practise it before it counts.
What we did
EduNative is a 3D virtual learning environment where newcomers step into realistic office settings modelled on real companies and rehearse business English and first-round interviews. They field authentic interview questions, receive voice tips and video coaching on how they came across, and repeat the experience as many times as they need across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Because it is a simulation, there is no real-world pressure and no limit on second chances. We helped build the immersive environment and the coaching layer that makes each run genuinely useful.
The outcome
A beta that produced striking jumps in user confidence, built for immigrants preparing for jobs in Canada and the US, turning the interview from a gamble into something you can practise until it feels familiar.
