The problem
In construction, the most expensive mistakes are the ones caught late. Quality control is still largely manual: someone reviews drawings by hand against a thick stack of building codes and sustainability standards. It is slow, easy to get wrong, and the errors that slip through turn into costly rework once they reach the site.
What we did
ConstructAI is an AI co-pilot for design review. Teams drag in their drawings as PDF, DWG, or IFC files, and it reads them, cross-checks them against industry codes and sustainability benchmarks like GRESB and BOMA BEST, and flags issues in minutes instead of weeks. Computer vision, natural language processing, and BIM model integration do the heavy reading, while a collaborative dashboard keeps the whole team working from the same list of issues. Data stays encrypted on Canadian servers.
The outcome
An early-release platform that helps architects, engineers, and construction firms catch costly design errors before they hit the site, turning a slow manual review into a fast, automated check.
