The problem
A large share of physical products are sold at a loss because brands over-produce designs that never find buyers, driving up costs and filling landfills. Fashion brands in particular need to lower the risk of investing in unpopular designs while still moving fast enough to stay competitive. At the same time, a lack of sustainability-focused sourcing options and data makes it hard for them to honour their carbon commitments.
What we did
We helped build AgileSourcing, a platform that combines AI-generated design mockups, real-time market validation, and sustainable sourcing in a single workflow. Brands cheaply generate design variations, broadcast them across social channels to test demand, and then connect to a curated network of sustainable suppliers directly on the platform. It is sold through tiered subscriptions for brands and a paid listing model for suppliers who want visibility in the network. By feeding consumer preference data back into the process, we help brands produce less while learning more about what their customers actually want.
The outcome
We help fashion brands lower the risk of new designs, keep a fast product cycle, and produce fewer physical goods, cutting waste while protecting margins.
